This year I will be offering four yoga weekend at the beautiful Salvey Mühle.  The stream, the rolling hills, the bright rooms, and the tree view yoga room continually call me back.  

Weekend Includes:

2 Nights accommodation         

6 Yoga classes                            

4 Mediation classes                 

6 Meals 

Cost:           

250 euros Single Room      

220 euros Sharing a Room

Yoga Holiday In Italy with YEAH YOGA NOW:

May 9-16, 2015  

This holiday is an exciting new venture between myself and  Valerie Vanthournout.  We met in 2010 and since then a deep friendship has bloomed.  Our teaching and practice inspire each other.   We have recently founded Yeah Yoga Now: a company that celebrates life with its ups and down.  We try to live openly to all that we meet and through our teaching help others embraces the fullness of life.  Our motto is: Riding the Rollercoaster of life with eyes, arms, and heart wide open!

Our first event is a week long yoga holiday in Italy (in the beautiful Piedmont region!!!)

Price ranges from 800€ to 990€.  All rooms are sharing.  (Single supplement possible).  

The week includes:

7 nights accommodation with breakfast

5 dinners at bella vite

3 yoga classes a day – Yin yoga – Hatha yoga – Yoga in the swings (I am very excited about this!)

2 meditation sits a day

Coffee, tea, and water all day 

Swimming pool

Hot Tub

Hammam

1 wine tasting session (as it is beautiful winery!)

Only 11 people can come and there is a chance between the two of us it could fill up quickly.  So please let me know soon if you want to join us.
