At the end of our Yoga Weekend, I asked everyone to write down a word for the weekend and a yoga posture. Put together, I find they make a wonderful class.
I am always so moved by the honesty and warmth people bring to and share on these yoga weekends.
It is a delight and an honour to be able to host them season after season.
May your yoga and meditation practices continue to feed you and inspire you.
