We had an other wonderful yoga weekend up at Salvey Mühle.
He had:
Lots of laughter.
Lots of yoga.
Lots of food.
Then we had:
More laughter.
More yoga.
More food.
After that we had:
Even more laughter.
Even more yoga.
Even more food.
Admist all the laughter, yoga, and food, Fall was in full bloom.
We were surround by bright
Yellows,
Oranges,
Reds,
and
Greens.
We had sunshine and clear skies.
It was a full moon weekend and the stars where out winking down at us.
The weekend once again brought together a great group of people. All with great stories to share. As I said, there was a lot of laughter.
My mom and stepdad joined us all the way from Canada. It was such an honor to have them there with us. It meant a lot to me to share one of my yoga weekends with them and such a great one too.
Thank wonderful people for coming and being your beautiful selves.
